Each day in our hospital, staff members undertake complicated tasks caring for patients. Holy Cross Hospital patient safety efforts aim to ensure that all of these steps work together to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to all patients across our health system.

 

We help patients to regain and retain their level of function and independently manage their health care needs. With a coordinated approach that stresses personalized care, the team works closely with the Doctors, the patient and family members to plan, review progress and make adjustments to the plan of care. We have initiated ongoing professional medical services when they return home to reduce hospital readmission.

 

By constantly working to improve efficiencies, utilizing the latest technology and partnering with area providers, we offer better patient experiences, lowering the cost of health care and help improve the health of our community.
